This is another really easy recipe that I make when I am having company or a busy day. Really versatile, and a lot of the time I will double it and freeze the remainder so that later I can just pull out the leftovers. It is kind of a lie calling it a crockpot recipe, because there is some prep work that happens outside of the slow cooker, however its really up to you if you want to follow them.

All I do is throw 4 or 5 chicken breasts in the crock pot, they can be thawed or frozen, and dump bbq sauce on top. Sometimes I make my own sauce, other times I just use the bottled stuff. Then I add a can of pineapple chunks and some minced garlic. Put the top on, set it on low, and ignore it for the rest of the day.
About a half hour or so before you are going to eat, put your strips of bacon on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake them at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Set out of the shredded cheese and hoagie roll. Shred up the chicken.
Assemble sandwiches, and eat them. Super easy and delicious.
